As a personal training client, we meet in person or over zoom for private sessions as I guide you through your unique training plan which may include mobility and flexibility work, power training, balance, strength training and / or cardio conditioning. Progress is tracked through measures that are meaningful to you. Have a workout partner? I can provide fully personalized training while you share your training time with your workout partner. Enjoy all the benefits of personal training at a more affordable price, as well as the motivation of working out with a friend.

Hybrid Training
One on One personal training on YOUR terms. After a thorough one on one consultation and assessment, your workouts are delivered to you via mobile app so that you can work out where you like, when you like. Receive real time guidance, support and accountability plus weekly check-in’s to fine tune your training journey and assess goals. As a bonus, you get free access to my online community including unlimited on demand workouts, as well as nutrition, sleep, and stress management resources.
